October 2025 wasn’t just another month for YOYO; it marked its 13-year milestone. Since our founding on October 10, we have grown from a small startup into a Southeast Asia force. Beyond the number, this anniversary is a tribute to YOYO’s growth and the incredible team that brings our vision to life every day. We aren't just hitting milestones; we’re building a legacy together.

To celebrate this journey, we held a special online Town Hall meeting that brought together our Indonesia and Philippine offices, followed by vibrant onsite celebrations in each regional office on October 17 and October 23, 2025, respectively. While the venues ranged from serene beach clubs to adrenaline-pumping lakeside resorts, the heartbeat remained the same: gratitude for our past and a bold commitment to our future.

Two Shores, One Spirit: The Celebrations

Across the region, we traded our desks for the great outdoors to reconnect and recharge.

In Indonesia: The team gathered at a premier beach club, embracing a relaxed summer vibe. It was a refreshing space designed for deep connection, where energy and laughter flowed through friendly games and coastal activities.

In the Philippines: The vibe shifted from 'chill to thrill' at Laresio Lakeside Resort. The team dove headfirst into an adventure, conquering extreme cliff diving, slip-and-fly slides, and more. But it wasn’t just about the adrenaline, our team-building activities were intentionally designed to foster high-stakes communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Taking that leap together, conquering those heights and navigating challenges, was the perfect metaphor for our 2026 strategy: it’s about stepping out of our comfort zones collectively and building the radical trust necessary to achieve something extraordinary.

Honoring the Heart of YOYO: Our People

At the core of our 13th anniversary was a powerful moment of gratitude. Across both offices, the day kicked off with a light-hearted internal Special Awards session, recognizing individuals who embody our team values in their everyday work this 2025, whether through consistent presence, positive energy in the office, or a willingness to support others.

These Special Awards sessions  reminded us all that while our company grows, our people remain our greatest asset.

Of course, no celebration is complete without a bit of luck! The Raffle Session afterwards was filled with cheers and anticipation, with lucky winners taking home prizes that kept the team’s spirits at an all-time high.

The 2026 Roadmap: New Vision, New Mission

This anniversary was more than a celebration; it served as the official launch of our new Vision and Mission and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services. While we honored our history and team, the day was defined by a bold new chapter for our future. 

The centerpiece of this vision is our evolution into an AI-native organization. This transformation was marked by two major milestones:

• New Vision & Mission: Our CEO, Yosuke Fukada, introduced our refreshed purpose during a heartfelt address to both offices. He emphasized a steadfast commitment to empowering our teams and clients at scale as we evolve into an AI-native organization.
  
  
• The Launch of Geopher.ai: This anniversary also saw the debut of our newest innovation, signaling our shift toward deeper AI integration.
