Oct 10 2012 YOYO Holdings was establised in Singapore by three Japanese, Yosuke Fukada and Yoshihiki Ozaki, the two co-founders, and an angel investor, Yorihiko Kato.

Can-dy.ph is a micro-reward web service. It was the company's first product and was such a big hit in the Philippines with over 30,000 users.

With the smartphone era coming, YOYO Holdings introduced PopSlide, the first lock screen advertisement platform in Southeast Asia.

Popslide was awarded 1st place at the New Economy Summit in Tokyo, one of the biggest annual global conferences organized by the Japan Association of New Economy (JANE).

YOYO Holdings was selected as one of the Most Innovative Start-ups in Asia. The Red Herring Top 100 Asia Award is a prestigious list honoring the year’s most promising technology companies.

PT Pop Digital Indonesia was established this year.

Popstar was launched, a micro-influencer marketing platform that connects brand and influencers. Pop Digital Indonesia becomes a Google Partner Agency

Pop Digital Indonesia became one of the youngest listed integrated digital marketing agencies by Facebook.

Due to Covid-19, the Indonesia and Philippines offices shifted to remote work. Implemented Gather.town and fully transitioned to a Work-From-Home setup.

Launched the social commerce service "Bakulio". Surpassed $1M in monthly GMV, pioneering an S2B2C model that enables individuals in Indonesia to sell products risk-free.

Completed a Series C funding round, with Delight Ventures as the lead investor.

Selected as part of the first batch of TikTok Creative Partners in Southeast Asia.
Officially entered TikTok marketing.

Completed a Series D funding round and joined the FORiT Group, aiming for a swing-by IPO.
