The annual ZENTO YOYO Managers Meeting is more than just a calendar event. It is a moment of calibration. As managers gathered to review the highs and lows of 2025 and cast their vision toward 2026, the energy in the room was clear: YOYO is no longer just growing, we are evolving.
Here are the key takeaways from our leadership discussions on where we’ve been and, more importantly, where we are going.

2025 was a defining year for YOYO. According to Widya, Chief of Staff at YOYO Holdings Pte Ltd., we shifted our narrative from rapid expansion to intentional maturity, moving away from "simply growing fast" to focus on what truly lasts. What made this year a turning point?
Our strategy is built on the intersection of culture and technology. Our goal isn't just to use AI, but to become a truly AI-native company.
To get there, we are leaning on our strongest asset: Our Culture. By living our core values and company code every day, we create a foundation of integrity. This culture allows us to move faster and make better decisions, ensuring that as we scale, we don’t lose sight of the standards that define YOYO.
Our CEO shared a message emphasizing the importance of strengthening the following three key areas of excellence as we move toward achieving our 2026 goals.
First is Execution Excellence. This refers to the ability to turn decisions and plans into concrete action, rather than leaving them as words or intentions. It means completing what we start without excuses or delays, moving with speed, delivering consistent results, and seeing things through to the very end. In the AI era, simply knowing what to do is no longer enough. Execution itself is the true competitive advantage.
Second is Expertise Excellence. This means having a deep understanding of one’s role and responsibilities and becoming a trusted professional in one’s domain. Decisions should be based on data, logic, and experience, while continuously learning and upgrading skills. At YOYO, influence and authority do not come from titles, but from demonstrated expertise.
Third is Empathy Excellence. This is about thinking from the perspectives of clients, teammates, and partners, and communicating with care, clarity, and respect. It includes the ability to express strong opinions firmly while maintaining trust. Regardless of outcomes or results, disrespectful behavior is never justified at YOYO.
The CEO emphasized that consistently practicing and strengthening these three excellences in our daily work is essential to YOYO’s growth and to achieving our goals for 2026.
As we look toward 2026, Widya has set a clear directive: “2026 is the year of execution and consistency.”
Our direction is clear and set, and while the standards are higher than ever, reaching our ambition requires a unified front. As Widya emphasizes, "We need everyone fully onboard." This evolution will require us to lean into the challenge, remembering that:
"Growth doesn’t happen in comfort, and there is no comfort in growth."
By staying aligned and deeply committed to our mission, Widya is certain of our success: “I’m confident we will achieve our goals and make a real breakthrough together.”
Let’s step into 2026 with purpose.
