Job Description

  • Responsible to manage day to day Business Development operations

  • Responsible to coach, monitor, and motivate every Business Development staff

  • Make the plan, strategy and implement activities for pushing Business Development’s activities in order to get targets: consulting, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, contracting, and monitoring advertising campaign of large customers.

  • Organizing workflow and ensuring your team member understands their duties or delegated tasks

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients

  • Set goals for performance and deadlines for your team based on company target


  • Have an experience in Digital Agency (Media or Creative), and/or Online Media Publishers as Sales at least 5 years

  • Strong database & connection with potential clients for digital services

  • Communication skills, management, leadership, negotiation, good presentation.

  • Have an experience in handling a team and proven good leadership skill

  • Responsibility, strong problem solving and decision making ability

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English

  • Able to work under pressure and with the target

  • Proactive, self motivated and have the desire to learn

  • Fun to communicate with

  • Critical Thinking and Logical Reasoning

  • Have a strong passion for startup
